What Inspired You To Start It?
“When I was an elite athlete I saw the impact that mental performance coaching, or the lack of it, can have on performance.
I believe all athletes should have access to this kind of support, not just those with financial privilege. I saw an opportunity to build something that hadn’t previously been possible.
I have a feeling I haven’t had since being an athlete. A sense of compulsion, obsession, and hunger to make this level of support possible for athletes.”

How Do You Keep Your Energy Up On Tough Days?
“Accepting it’s okay to not have energy or enthusiasm all the time. Expecting 100% constantly is unrealistic.
Ups and downs are normal, how we respond is what matters. Sometimes that means recovering, and others it means tricking ourselves.
As an athlete when my body ached and I was tired, I’d tell myself, “just do 15 minutes,” which often turned into a full session. I use the same approach now, and those small commitments often lead to real progress on tough days.”
